In this context, they were looking for practical, hands-on training for shift supervisors focused on risk awareness and addressing each other within the Safe Together project.
Samurai developed a modular and practical training programme that zooms in on the expectations regarding safety and working on risk awareness among employees. In addition, there is a strong focus on engaging in dialogue to agree on and promote safe behaviour on the shop floor.
The result: a well-received training programme that is part of the standard knowledge and skills of the supervisors!
