Safe behaviour

Safe behaviour: Hazard assessment and risk awareness

What?

‘I've been working here for 20 years - I know all the dangers and risks!’ But is that really the case...?
Participants experience how perception is often very different from reality through fun experiments. We then get to work on existing dangerous situations in the workplace. What dangers and risks do we detect? And what can we do about them together?

Why?

People behave differently in the workplace when they assess the various dangers and risks differently. By discussing the prevailing perceptions of relevant dangers and risks in the organisations, participants learn about different perspectives. The goal is for everyone to look at the dangers and risks in our workplace in the same way.

Banzai!

After this workshop, participants realise that it is always a good idea to consider the dangers and risks in each situation and to check whether we all assess them in the same way.
