Everything nicely organised, or is it not? After these training sessions you will know, because we like to test the preparedness and effectiveness of all possible parties.

We examine your company's entire emergency organisation, focusing on internal communication and communication with the outside world. How do you respond when the press calls? What about another company in the neighbourhood? Is your security well prepared for calamities? You will learn a lot from the evaluation of each other's experiences, supplemented by our findings. A good starting point for further streamlining your emergency organisation.

Operational

In this training course or workshop, we test the knowledge and strategy of your operational team through a sandbox exercise. Our experts combine their knowledge of firefighting with process knowledge. After all, not every emergency involves fire, and on the other hand, deploying your personnel to extinguish the fire with the highest priority may not be the right strategy.

Crisis management

In addition or via a separate and unique scenario, we test the communication skills of your crisis management team. After all, they must relieve the burden on their own operational staff and intervention teams by supporting them and coordinating all peripheral care. Clear and unambiguous communication with all stakeholders is crucial, from victim support and fire services to local businesses and the press.

Application in practice

If you want to take a big-picture approach, these scenario exercises can be combined with the practical exercises of your intervention team on your own site, with or without a full evacuation of your site.
