Delve into the world of first aid during our interactive first aid workshop.

You don't need to be a highly trained first aider for the necessary interventions.

In this hour, we share basic tips and tricks, for both home and workplace, to respond properly in case of an emergency.
We will share theoretical background, do's and don'ts and get actively involved.

The workshop can be filled with various scenarios depending on your needs including:

• basic principles and approach to a victim
• what are the signs of a stroke & how to react
• wound care: open wounds, scrapes and cuts
• wound care & irritations: chemical wounds burns

The skills and knowledge learnt during this first aid workshop can save lives in an incident or accident.
