We let the child in us come out and play with the blocks together. Following instructions, your collaborators build a platform. The tower has to be strong enough for all of them to stand on it. Gradually, they find that the way they ask questions and give feedback makes a big difference in achieving a result. During the game, observers will also track the effect of communication and teamwork in achieving a breakthrough or what might rather be considered an obstacle.
Communication is crucial for a team to function well and safely. Often our biases take over and we assume that everyone knows what is expected of them.... but is that really the case?
