A crazy assignment: build a construction that can make an egg fly or build the highest possible tower with spaghetti.
In this workshop, we practice to observe behaviour objectively, not only the behaviour that needs to be corrected, but especially what goes well. Participants have to work together and give each other feedback in a positive way.
Naming and appreciating positive behaviour is empowering and promotes team spirit.
Participants will be able to give constructive feedback after this workshop and be better able to handle feedback themselves.
