What?

An interactive and fun setting to learn in an approachable way to give and receive feedback regarding (un)safe situations.
The setting, inspired by an old fairground, includes a boxing ring and pictures of previous champions. Participants choose a character and receive a scenario in which they have to address unsafe behaviour, such as not wearing PPE or ignoring signs. Trainers play the chosen characters and participants engage in the conversation. After each round, colleagues rate the conversation with points between 1-5, allowing for constructive evaluation.

Why?

Daring and being able to discuss safe working is an important aspect of taking your safety culture to the next level.

Banzai!

You encourage addressing (un)safe behaviour in a fun and interactive way.
