What?

A toolbox about safety is basically a conversation between a team leader and his team about a safety aspect of day-to-day work. It should be short, clear and invite interaction. In doing so, it should also encourage people to work safely while performing their daily tasks.

But... how do you ensure that giving and following a toolbox is more than just a compulsory exercise?

Why?

During this training we share our insights and give tips on how to make and give impactful toolboxes in the future. We also make sure the theory can be practiced with a practical example (provided by you).

Banzai!

  • You know how to prepare a toolbox with impact
  • You have practised giving an impactful toolbox
  • You know how to deal constructively with reactions of employees

Optioneel:

This training can be combined with coaching (individual or team).
The power of great training lies in gaining knowledge and insights. The transfer to real action and implementation in the field.
