What?

This is pre-eminently the training where you can practice the most and get out of your comfort zone. We know that not many people like to get out of their comfort zone, but invariably we get the same feedback at the end: ‘it was tough and intense, but now I can handle it.’

Why?

If we want to encourage people to work safely, it is important to call them to account when they don't... logical right?
Addressing each other about unsafe behaviour sounds simple but we find that in practice it is not always easy to do so in a correct and respectful way.

Banzai!

  • You understand why addressing others is difficult but equally important
  • You can assess which addressing technique to use depending on the situation
  • You know how best to react when addressed
  • You have more practice in addressing and being addressed

Optional

This training is combined with coaching (individual or team).

The power of good training lies in gaining knowledge and insights. The transfer to real-life practice and implementation is supported and enhanced by coaching on the shop floor.
