You no doubt know some of them: people who, just like that, of their own accord, win the respect of their colleagues. Because they say or do the right things at the right time. Those people are the perfect ambassadors to talk to people on the shop floor, informally and collegially, about safety. Compliment them on what they do well. Or to point out something they could do more safely. In short? The hidden gold of your safety policy.
This training will help you mine that gold. You build a structure to support your ambassadors. And they themselves learn how to hold colleagues accountable for their behaviour and what behavioural change means.
