The different modules can be used separately, or they can be combined into one programme, depending on what the organisation and participants need.
As a manager, you have a responsibility to your people. To motivate your people to work safely, the goal is actually to make the people in your team rise above themselves.
In this first module of safety leadership training, participants gained an understanding of the legal framework of a manager's responsibilities. We also talk about the organisation's expectations towards them.

Insight into their personal motivation towards safety

In this module of safety leadership training, participants will gain:
Understanding their own behaviour and the behaviour of others
Insight into the importance of their role as leaders, the impact of role model behaviour, acting consistently
Insights into influencing behaviour, behavioural change
Duration: half day
In this module of safety leadership training, participants have:
Learned what approach works to keep people motivated and sensitised
Gained insight into how employees deal with resistance
Practised with real-life examples
This day is a mix of insights and practical application.
