As an intervention leader, your reaction during the first minutes of an emergency makes all the difference. It is therefore crucial that you lead your intervention team decisively and efficiently. This way you limit escalation or perhaps even prevent an emergency situation from arising.
However, you can't just pull the right intervention strategies out of your hat when you need them. Even if it is your job as intervention leader to know what needs to be done and to ensure that the right action is taken quickly.
We tailor this training to the site where it takes place. We start technically, with the internal emergency plan as a starting point and the necessary theory about fire, evacuation and risks. Which procedures already exist? How do you initiate them efficiently, how do you communicate and to whom? Then we move on to practice: around the table or in a real practical session.
This training course focuses on modular customisation. This allows us to support and guide each intervention leader in his or her growth trajectory in the most efficient way possible.
