What?

In this interactive training, participants learn how to respond quickly and effectively to a medical emergency or an incipient fire.

Through realistic scenarios, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, participants discover the first actions they can take when every second counts. They learn how to assess an emergency situation, correctly alert the emergency services, understand the basic principles of CPR and AED use, and take safe and appropriate action in the event of a developing fire.

No extensive theoretical course, but an accessible and engaging workshop designed to help participants overcome hesitation and respond confidently and responsibly when it matters most.

Why?
