Would you like to know more or have a question for us? Drop us a message and we’ll be happy to check it out with you over a nice (virtual) coffee!

We will not draw up a concrete and detailed customised plan of action here, but we will get you started with the necessary basic principles.

The ‘Getting started with the Safety Culture Ladder 2/3’ course is intended for small and medium-sized companies that want to implement the Safety Culture Ladder in their organisation. The focus is on steps 2 and 3.

What is the SCL?

The Safety Culture Ladder is an international certification scheme that can be used to assess, measure and improve the safety culture and safety awareness of organisations. This assessment is carried out by auditors who use an audit to determine which rung of the SCL companies are on.

What will you learn in this training programme?

The training course focuses on the SCL products, self-assessment using the SCL web tool, working with the results of the self-assessment and we offer tools to help you start implementing the Safety Culture Ladder.
By the end of the course, you will have gained insight into how and where you can start implementing the Safety Culture Ladder.

Knowledge needed beforehand?

This training course requires knowledge of the basic principles of SCL, as well as basic knowledge of the business aspects and characteristics of the certification scheme and the standard for the Safety Culture Ladder. You can acquire this knowledge by following our ‘Introduction to SCL’ training course.
