Safety communication

Safety communication: Giving and receiving feedback

A safe working environment starts with daring to address your colleagues, both on unsafe and safe behaviour. This really does not always have to be a serious or corrective conversation; by giving positive feedback, you can actually reinforce safe behaviour! During this interactive workshop, participants learn how to react to unsafe behaviour in a pleasant and respectful way, as well as how to encourage safe behaviour.

What?

During this session, participants actively engage in different scenarios and learn how to give and receive feedback in a pleasant way. We practice how to address colleagues in a positive and respectful way, contributing to a safe and open working atmosphere. Together, we work on creating a culture where safe behaviour is central and everyone feels heard. In addition, you will discover how to encourage open communication about safety, which is super important for a safe workplace.

We can also tailor the training entirely to your company, so that the scenarios fit exactly the specific challenges and situations you face!

Why?

By encouraging positive and open communication about safety, together we ensure a safe and supportive work environment where everyone feels heard.
