Today we are organising a card tournament. The teams are given a set of rules, after which the card game can begin in silence. Everyone wants to be on the elite team. The winners of each team can move up a table in the next round, but... do the same rules apply there? Talking is not an option and the game must be played...
Procedures and instructions... we're all familiar with them. But do we all work with the same instructions? Do we interpret the procedures in the same uniform way? Consultation is crucial to avoid misunderstandings. In this workshop, we will experience the importance of communication by removing it completely for once.
After this game, your employees realise once again the importance of good, clear instructions and agreements.
