What?

During this energetic workshop, teams compete against each other on a life-size game mat. Through challenging scenarios, realistic case studies, and fast-paced decision-making rounds, participants discover in a fun and interactive way who holds which role, responsibility, and liability when it comes to safety.

No dry legal jargon or complex regulations, just real-life situations that encourage reflection, discussion, and learning while helping participants better understand their responsibilities in the workplace.

Why?

Safety isn’t just about procedures; it’s also about knowing what’s expected of you and what you can expect from your coworkers, supervisor, and employer.

Through interactive statements, realistic scenarios, and engaging discussions, participants gain a clearer understanding of roles, responsibilities, and accountability in the workplace.

This workshop sparks conversation, challenges assumptions, and translates safety principles into everyday practice.
